Production Manager – Signage Industry

Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad
Experience: 3–5 Years
CTC: ₹4–5 LPA

Job Responsibilities
- Manage complete signage production from drawing to dispatch.
- Handle MS/SS/Aluminium, ACP, Acrylic, LED, Channel & 3D Letters.
- Manage CNC, laser cutting, welding, bending, painting and electrical assembly.
- Plan production, manpower, materials and machine utilization.
- Read AutoCAD/CorelDRAW/technical drawings.
- Ensure quality, productivity, cost control and timely delivery.
- Manage fabricators, operators, electricians, painters and helpers.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, QC, Dispatch & Installation teams.
- Ensure safety, minimize wastage and control rework.

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant signage/fabrication/manufacturing experience.
- Solid technical, leadership and production-management skills.
- Hands-on and target-oriented approach.
