Role Description
This is a full-time, in office IT Recruiter role based in Hyderabad. The IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities,



including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for a wide range of technical and IT roles. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, drafting and posting job descriptions, conducting interviews, coordinating technical assessments, and managing candidate communication throughout the hiring process. The role also involves maintaining talent pipelines, using recruitment platforms and social media, tracking recruitment metrics, and ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience. The IT Recruiter will collaborate closely with HR and technical teams to support timely and high-quality hiring aligned with business needs.
