Your impact

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead medium to large scale projects from initiation through closure, ensuring successful delivery against business objectives, timelines, budget, scope and quality targets.
- Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and stakeholder expectations across multiple business functions.
- Drive governance, decision-making processes and project reporting to ensure transparency and effective project execution.
- Partner closely with stakeholders within GBS and across the global organization to align priorities and achieve desired business outcomes.




- Support and drive the OneGBS approach across the organization by promoting collaboration, standardization and knowledge sharing.
- Analyze project status and proactively recommend adjustments to scope, schedule, resources or budget as needed.
- Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication between all project participants.
- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, accomplishments and key decisions to senior

stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Lead change-related activities supporting successful adoption of project outcomes and sustainable business value realization.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, when applicable.
- Mentor less experienced project team members and contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices and standards.
