We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our team at ArchiRace Studio. As a Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects alongside experienced professionals, gaining valuable experience and honing your skills in architectural design, drafting, and project management.

Responsibilities:

1. Design Support: Assist in the development of architectural designs, from conceptualization to presentation, under the guidance of senior architects.

2. Drafting and Documentation:Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.

3. Project Coordination: Collaborate with project teams to coordinate design efforts, communicate ideas effectively, and contribute to project meetings and presentations.

4. Research and Analysis: Conduct research on materials, building codes, and zoning regulations to support design decisions and ensure compliance with industry standards.

5. Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback,



and assist in the development of design proposals and presentations.

6. Learning and Development: Take initiative in learning new skills, techniques, and software tools to enhance your professional growth and contribute to the success of the team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design and drafting, preferably in a qualified setting.

3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

4. Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.

5. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
