Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented SME – Social Media Executive with around 2 years of experience to manage and grow the company’s social media presence. The candidate will be responsible for content planning, social media management, audience engagement, campaign execution, and performance tracking across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Create engaging content ideas, captions, posts, reels, stories, and other social media creatives.
- Coordinate with the design/content team for timely development of social media content.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, competitors, and industry developments.
- Increase social media engagement, reach, followers, and brand awareness.
- Respond to comments, messages,



and audience queries professionally.
- Track and analyze social media performance using platform insights and analytics.
- Prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, leads, and campaign performance.
- Support paid social media campaigns and coordinate with the digital marketing team when required.
- Maintain consistency in brand communication, tone, and visual identity.
- Identify opportunities for recent content formats, collaborations, and social media campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Good content writing and caption-writing skills.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of Canva or basic graphic/video editing tools will be an advantage.
