Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients across sectors (tech/non-tech) ● Understand client needs and translate them into effective sourcing and outreach strategies ● Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels ● Screen and evaluate candidates for both technical and cultural fit ● Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients ● Act as a point of contact for both clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring experience ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our ATS or hiring spreadsheets ● Support employer branding, talent mapping, and headhunting projects as needed
