Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects from design to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop detailed reports on project status, budgets, and schedules using MS Office tools.
Job Requirements :
- 5-20 years of experience in MEP coordination or related field.
- Solid understanding of electrical engineering principles for electrical installations.
- Proficiency in Autocad software for drawing creation and modification.
- Experience with fire fighting systems, HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures & equipment.
