Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for credit appraisal and monitoring for the region.
- Implementation of credit policy and continuous evaluation to ensure adherence to the policy and compliance with the authority matrix at branches in the region assigned.




- Analyzing the portfolio health and risk involved in particular segment of assets & profile and giving timely feedback to sales team.
- Ensuring portfolio quality is maintained at the highest standards and delinquency is under control.
- Building and leading a highly effective team.
- Striving for continuous improvement in productivity.
- Market research and feedback for credit policy and new product launch based on market conditions.
- Deliver on the goals of customer and employee satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- CA/MBA Finance with 10-12 years of relevant experience.
- Should have worked with reputed Bank/Financial Institution in SME business.
- Must have handled multiple locations and teams.
