Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, speed-driven Video Editor to produce engaging short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, Youtube long form content and PPC digital ads). You will turn raw footage into high-performing social media videos through pacing, motion graphics, color grading, and trend-conscious audio syncing to boost brand engagement and audience growth.

3+ years of experience editing short-form video content, influencer clips, or digital ad campaigns.

Needs to be well verse with Ai & Ai focused tools

Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve. Strong mastery over audio sync, typography, kinetic subtitles, and motion graphic packaging.

Deep understanding of current social media trends, viral hooks, and platform-specific formats (16:9, 9:16, 1:1).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Audience Retention Rate: Achieve a average watch time / retention rate of 40%+ on short-form content across Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.





Organic Engagement Growth: Drive a 2030% increase in views, shares, and saves on social channels through visual hooks and trend integration.

Ad Creative Conversion / CTR: Maintain a CTR (Click-Through Rate) standard on paid social video ads by optimizing hook variations and visual CTAs.

Key Responsibilities

Short-Form Content Creation: Edit rapid-paced, high-retention Reels, Shorts, and social media ads aligned with platform trends and brand identity.

Packaging & Post-Production: Apply motion graphics, text animations, sound design/mixing, and color correction (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).

Creative Strategy: Hook viewers in the first 3 seconds using creative pacing, subtitles, Ai, visual effects, and audio sync.

Ad & Campaign Delivery: Assemble direct-response promotional ads, product videos, and campaign visuals under tight turnarounds.
