About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage our digital marketing teams across Paid Media, Social Media, Content, and SEO. The ideal candidate should have strong team management skills, excellent client communication abilities, and experience handling Australian and US clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage teams across Paid Media, Social Media, Content, and SEO.
- Plan, execute, and monitor integrated digital marketing strategies for clients.
- Manage and build strong relationships with Australia and USA-based clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, updates, meetings, and escalations.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable digital marketing strategies.
- Review campaign performance, SEO strategies, content plans, social media activities, and overall account performance.
- Monitor KPIs, campaign results,



deliverables, timelines, and team productivity.
- Conduct regular team reviews and provide guidance, feedback, and performance support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of client requirements.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling of digital marketing services.
- Prepare and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients and management.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, platforms, and industry best practices.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
- Proven experience managing teams across Paid Media, Social Media, Content, and SEO.
- Hands-on understanding of major digital marketing channels and campaign strategies.
