Tech Mahindra is hiring for Fraud Operations [Fraud & Abuse Detection on Maps]

Key Responsibilities:
- Abuse Hunting: Proactively identify and mitigate fraudulent patterns such as fake

Business Profiles (FBPs), review-bombing, incentive programs to impact businesses,

misleading & fraud prone media & posts and location spoofing.
- TTP Analysis: Deconstruct the Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) used by

bad actors to circumvent automated defences.
- Cross-Functional Shielding: Partner with Engineering and Product teams to translate

identified manual "workarounds" into automated detection signals.
- Incident Response: Manage high-priority escalations involving real-world harm, such

as fraudulent emergency services or scam-based pins.
- Strategic Reporting: Create "One-Pagers" for client / product team facing detailing

the lifecycle of an identified abuse vector and the effectiveness of our

countermeasures.
