Job Title - Product Success/Customer Support Executive

We are hiring a Customer Success Specialist with a strong technical and operational background and a customer-first approach to support our logistics tech clients. This role involves providing Service Support via Technical and Operational software and hardware support, conducting product demos, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through issue resolution and ongoing engagement.

Job Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt and effective technical support for GPS devices, logistics software, and mobile platforms.
- Conduct technical demos of products or new features to clients during onboarding or upgrade phases.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software functionality issues and provide resolution remotely or in office.
- Handle incoming requests via phone, email, or in-person and ensure all support interactions follow service desk protocols.
- Document and interpret client-reported issues, offer resolutions, and escalate where necessary.




- Maintain SLA adherence and ensure consistent process conformity across client support operations.
- Identify critical situations and escalate them to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Support field engineers and coordinate with internal teams to solve region-specific issues.
- Track and record installation and rectification data for reporting and continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong working relationships with key accounts through regular engagement and proactive issue management.
- Required Candidate Profile :
- Prior exposure to GPS/IoT installations or related field hardware setup.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with an ability to explain complex solutions in simple terms.
- Familiar with computer systems, mobile apps, cloud platforms, and basic networking.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.
- Experience in client-facing roles
