Key Responsibilities

· Counsel prospective students and provide detailed information about TEONOX programs.

· Understand student career goals and recommend suitable courses.

· Handle inbound and outbound calls to follow up on leads.

· Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.

· Maintain student records and follow-up data in CRM systems.

· Coordinate with academic and admissions teams for smooth onboarding.

· Conduct career counselling sessions and explain program benefits.

· Support seminars, demo sessions, and engagement activities.

· Meet monthly admission targets and performance metrics.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

Required Skills

· 4-8 years of experience in Educational Counselling, Sales, or Admissions.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.





· Ability to handle student queries and objections professionally.

· Valuable follow-up and relationship management skills.

· Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.

Preferred Experience

· Experience in EdTech or training institutes.

· Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.

· Experience handling student admissions or career counselling.

Education

Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. Relevant experience in counselling or admissions will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
