Preferred candidate profile
- Candidates should possess at least 5 years of actual Project Management experience, including project planning, scheduling, monitoring and stakeholder management.
- Candidate should be result oriented with strong interpersonal, communication skills to manage various stakeholders and vendors
- Experience in managing projects to customize and implement packaged products in an Agile manner is required
- Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, GitLab and MS Office, along with robust analytical, documentation, and reporting abilities is mandatory
- Relevant bachelors degree in engineering, management, or a related discipline; a postgraduate qualification in project management or operations is an advantage
- Prior experience managing technical or infrastructure projects in education, research, or public sector environments is beneficial
