Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant HR Manager to support our HR department in managing day-to-day human resources activities. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee relations, attendance and leave management, HR documentation, payroll coordination, performance management, and implementation of company policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR Manager in managing daily HR operations.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and documentation.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and working hours.
- Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
- Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
- Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.




- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company HR policies.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other management reports.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Handle employee queries and provide appropriate HR support.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and professional workplace environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Positive knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
- Knowledge of applicable labour laws and statutory compliance is preferred.
