To manage Procurement, Supply Chain, Vendor Management and Costing activities while ensuring optimum cost, timely material availability and effective commercial control.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement of materials, spares, consumables and services.
- Develop vendors, float RFQs, evaluate quotations and conduct commercial negotiations.
- Ensure timely procurement and supply of critical materials as per operational requirements.
- Monitor inventory, lead time, pending POs and delivery schedules.
- Prepare costing, rate analysis, comparative statements and cost estimates.
- Drive cost reduction, procurement savings and value engineering initiatives.
- Manage vendor performance, contracts, commercial terms and disputes.
- Coordinate with Operations, Stores,



Finance and other functions for smooth supply chain.
- Prepare procurement, costing, savings and supply chain MIS.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, SOPs and internal controls.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate / MBA / Engineering preferred with 10+ years of relevant experience in Commercial, Procurement, Supply Chain or Costing, preferably in Engineering / Manufacturing / O&M; industry.
