We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to handle incoming sales leads, understand customer requirements, coordinate product demonstrations, collect feedback, send quotations, and consistently follow up with prospective customers until the order is closed.

The ideal candidate should have good communication and follow-up skills, be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and WhatsApp/email, and have the ability to maintain regular contact with prospects throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact recent leads received through various sources and understand their requirements.
- Explain the company’s products/services and identify potential customer needs.
- Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations with the concerned sales/technical team.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure demonstrations are completed on time.
- Contact customers after the demonstration and collect their feedback.
- Understand customer requirements, queries,



and commercial expectations after the demo.
- Prepare and send quotations/proposals to prospective customers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Follow up on quotations and handle basic customer queries related to pricing and commercial terms.
- Coordinate internally for technical or commercial clarifications required by customers.
- Negotiate and work towards converting qualified opportunities into confirmed orders.
- Follow up consistently until the customer gives a clear decision or the order is closed.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, demos, quotations, follow-up dates, and sales status.
- Update lead status and next actions regularly in CRM/Excel or the company’s sales tracking system.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
