Position: Sales Executive
Company: EGLO India Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Assigned Territory (Areas surrounding operational EGLO retail outlets)
Position Overview
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for developing relationships with lighting retailers, electrical shops, interior-related businesses, and lighting solution providers within the assigned territory around operational EGLO retail outlets.
The role focuses on brand promotion and increasing product awareness and sales in the local market.

Key Responsibilities
Market Development
- Visit lighting showrooms, electrical shops, lighting solution providers, and related businesses in the assigned territory.
- Promote the EGLO brand and product portfolio.
- Identify and develop potential small format store sales and business partners.

Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lighting retailers, contractors, architects, and interior professionals.
- Regularly follow up with potential clients and partners.

Retail Support
- Support nearby EGLO retail outlets in generating business leads.




- Drive walk-in customers to EGLO stores where applicable.

Sales Promotion
- Explain product features, advantages, and European design advantages of EGLO lighting.
- Share catalogues, promotional material, and product information with potential partners.

Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and product demand in the local market.
- Provide regular feedback and field reports to the reporting manager.

Territory Coverage
- Ensure systematic coverage of the assigned market area.
- Maintain daily visit reports and lead tracking.

Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Minimum: Graduate / Diploma in any discipline
- Preference: Sales, marketing, or business-related background

Experience
- 13 years of field sales experience preferred
- Experience in lighting, electrical industry will be an advantage
