Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Project/Program Manager with a mandatory background in US Healthcare. This role will be responsible for managing multiple initiatives, ensuring delivery excellence, maintaining strong stakeholder communication, and driving business outcomes aligned with strategic priorities.

Core Responsibilities:

• Establish and execute project communication, meeting facilitation, and status reporting

• Ensure project sponsors and owners remain fully informed with accurate, transparent, and timely updates on status, risks, action items, and budget

• Monitor project budgets and work closely with Finance on ROI, cost tracking, and value realization

• Work with Product/Project Owners to clearly define, document, and protect project scope

• Lead by example with ownership, energy, and accountability

• Adapt approach based on client and project needs while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented mindset

• Remain calm in high-stress or conflict situations and process feedback constructively





• Build consensus among stakeholders and navigate decision-making processes effectively

• Represent the voice of the customer across teams and initiatives

• Deliver clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication

• Summarize complex information appropriately for technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership

• Conduct quality reviews to ensure project artifacts and deliverables meet required standards

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects and scopes

• Track and manage risks, issues, actions, and decisions to closure

• Author and maintain project artifacts including charters, SOWs, quality plans, and communication plans

• Manage project resource allocations and capacity plans

• Demonstrate robust empathy for patient safety and client satisfaction
