Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Draughtsman who has positive knowledge of electrical installation works for new building/construction projects and can prepare detailed electrical CAD drawings as per project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare electrical AutoCAD drawings for new building projects.
- Prepare drawings for electrical installation such as lighting, power, cable tray, conduit, DBs, panels, earthing, and other electrical systems.
- Prepare single-line diagrams (SLD), layout drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Understand electrical drawings and convert site requirements into accurate CAD drawings.
- Coordinate with electrical site engineers and supervisors for drawing requirements and revisions.
- Make modifications/revisions in drawings as per site conditions and project requirements.
- Check drawings with respect to electrical installation work and ensure proper dimensions, routing, and coordination.
- Maintain drawing records and submit revised drawings as required.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
- Practical knowledge of electrical installation work in new building projects.
- Ability to understand electrical layouts, SLDs, cable tray layouts, conduit layouts, lighting and power layouts.
- Knowledge of electrical symbols, cable routing, DB/panel locations, earthing and other building electrical works.
- Ability to prepare drawings independently based on site requirements.
- Good coordination with site engineers and project team.
Experience:
Candidates with experience in building electrical installation projects will be preferred.
Education:
ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant qualification preferred.
Preferred Candidate:
Candidate should have both AutoCAD drafting skills and practical knowledge of electrical installation work at construction sites.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
