Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage green field projects from concept to commissioning, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver mechanical engineering solutions for chemical processing plants, including design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements :
- 10-16 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering or related field with expertise in Green Field Projects.
- Solid understanding of chemical processing industries' requirements for mechanical systems design and implementation.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects involving multiple disciplines (mechanical/electrical/instrumentation).
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage diverse teams across different locations.
