Role & responsibilities

The Business Development and Marketing Associate role in supporting the organization's growth initiatives. This role is responsible for lead generation support, CRM management, sales reporting, marketing coordination, and ensuring the smooth execution of business development activities. Additionally, the role provides administrative, scheduling, travel, and operational support to senior leadership to enable effective decision-making and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development Support (Sales and Marketing)
- Monitor and manage lead generation platforms such as ZoomInfo, website visitor tracking tools, inbound lead channels, and other digital sources.
- Identify and qualify prospective customers through LinkedIn, digital intent signals, and market research.
- Build and maintain outbound prospect lists to support business development initiatives.
- Conduct preliminary lead qualification and route qualified opportunities to the sales team.
- Support the sales team in progressing opportunities through the sales pipeline.

CRM & Sales Operations




- Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure all leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and activities are accurately recorded.
- Manage Microsoft Teams sales channels and ensure information is current and accessible.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information required for proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.
- Assist in preparing responses to customer requests, tenders, and sales submissions.
- Track chance progress and ensure timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders.

Sales Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales pipeline reports, lead conversion reports, and activity dashboards.
- Monitor key sales metrics and maintain accurate reporting for management review.
- Ensure timely distribution of reports and provide insights to support business planning.
