Job Summary

W2S Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development / Academic Sales professional to expand our academic presence and build strong institutional partnerships across India. The ideal candidate will have experience in educational sales, institutional sales, academic partnerships, skill development, or business development, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain partnerships with Engineering Colleges, Universities, Polytechnic Colleges, ITIs, and Skill Development Centres.
- Meet and build relationships with Principals, Placement Officers, HODs, Deans, Directors, and Management teams.
- Present and promote technical training, skill development, and placement-linked certification programs.




- Identify new business opportunities and generate institutional partnerships and MoUs.
- Organize and coordinate seminars, workshops, campus drives, career events, and student engagement activities.
- Drive student enrolments and achieve assigned business and revenue targets.
- Conduct regular institutional visits and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to partnership closure.
- Represent the organization at educational exhibitions, career fairs, technical events, and industry forums.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing institutional partners.
- Prepare sales reports, partnership updates, market feedback, and business development plans.
- Conduct market research to identify recent institutions, opportunities, and potential partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of training and academic programs.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India as required.
