- Lead the Last Mile team to ensure timely delivery of packages to customers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to logistics, transportation, and supply chain management.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in last mile operations.
Job Requirements :
- 9-20 years of experience in courier/logistics industry with expertise in last mile delivery.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth through cutting-edge solutions.
- Strong understanding of hiring processes for non-technical roles such as drivers, warehouse staff, etc.
