Role Description
The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for Celsius Educations Pvt. Ltd. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Mohali district, requiring close collaboration with leadership and operational teams to support staffing needs and organizational growth. Daily responsibilities include designing and implementing HR policies, coordinating hiring and interviews, maintaining HR records, handling employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role also involves organizing training and development programs, managing compensation and benefits processes, and supporting a positive, inclusive work culture aligned with the company’s values. The Human Resources Manager will serve as a key point of contact for staff queries, guidance, and support.
