Driving Sales Targets: Build and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed regional or branch-wise revenue and product targets.

Team Supervision: Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of sales executives or relationship officers deployed across various bank branches.

Training & Development: Train team members and bank staff on recent financial/insurance products, pitching techniques, and compliance rules

Performance Tracking: Analyze sales reports, track conversion rates, and fix gaps in performance or process flows.

Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all sales practices strictly follow regulatory guidelines and company policies to avoid misselling
