Role Purpose

The Finance Head will own the complete end-to-end Finance & Accounts function at MrMed.





The role will be responsible for ensuring that the company's books are accurate, financial controls are strong, statutory obligations are met, cash flows are well managed, management has timely financial visibility, and the Finance function is capable of supporting the company's next stage of growth.

We are looking for someone who can go beyond traditional accounting and bring advanced accounting

knowledge, commercial understanding, financial discipline and strong people leadership.

The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable:
- Reviewing a ledger and closing books
- Building a cash-flow forecast
- Reviewing revenue and gross margin
- Understanding e-commerce transactions
- Managing inventory accounting
- Reviewing payment gateway reconciliations
- Handling statutory and tax matters
- Building MIS and management dashboards
- Working with auditors
- Managing vendors and working capital
- Improving fin
