Denzour Nutrition Private Limited is a growing health and nutrition company committed to delivering high-quality nutritional and health supplement products to consumers across India. As we scale our digital and e-commerce presence, we are looking for a seasoned marketing leader to own and drive our performance marketing and digital commerce engine.

We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager/Specialist to manage influencer campaigns, creator partnerships, and social media marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in influencer outreach, campaign execution, negotiation, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.

· Identify and onboard relevant influencers and content creators.

· Build and maintain strong influencer and creator relationships.

· Negotiate influencer fees, deliverables, and campaign timelines.





· Create campaign briefs and coordinate content approvals.

· Monitor campaign performance, engagement, reach, and ROI.

· Manage influencer budgets and campaign deliverables.

· Prepare campaign reports and performance insights.

· Stay updated with social media trends and emerging influencers.

· Coordinate with marketing, creative, and social media teams.

Requirements

· 7–8 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Creator Marketing.

· Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

· Experience managing influencer campaigns and brand collaborations.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

· Solid project management and analytical skills.

· Experience working with micro, macro, and celebrity influencers is an advantage.
