We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven and strategic Sales Leader to lead our Pan-India Retail Business across Modern Trade & General Trade.

Location: Mumbai

Coverage: Pan India

Reporting To: Director

Maximum CTC: Up to 30 LPA to 35 LPA

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM 6:00 PM

Travel: Extensive Pan-India Travel

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute the Pan-India Retail Sales & Go-To-Market Strategy

Drive Modern Trade & General Trade revenue, distribution, market penetration and profitability

Manage National & Regional Modern Trade Accounts, Key Accounts and Distributors

Lead commercial negotiations, Joint Business Plans, pricing, promotions and trade investments

Expand the Pan-India Distribution Network across Metro, Tier 2 & Tier 3 markets

Drive premium General Trade penetration, secondary sales and market execution

Identify new customers, markets, categories and product opportunities

Monitor sales, margins,



customer profitability, trade spends and business performance

Drive market intelligence and competitive analysis

Build, mentor and lead a high-performing National Sales Team

Drive recruitment, training, KRAs, performance management and talent development

Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations & Finance for effective business execution

Deliver sustainable year-on-year profitable growth

IDEAL CANDIDATE

15+ years of experience in FMCG / Food & Beverage / Dairy / Chocolates / Premium Packaged Foods / Gourmet Foods

Minimum 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role with solid Modern Trade & General Trade exposure

Proven experience managing Pan-India / multi-region sales operations

Strong expertise in Key Account Management, Distribution, Trade Marketing & Commercial Negotiations

Experience in Premium Food / Dairy / Chocolates / Bakery / Gourmet Categories will be preferred
