Job Description – Operations Executive (Warehouse & Logistics)

About the Role

SOF is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage warehouse operations, logistics coordination, and documentation activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling inventory movement, dispatch coordination, vendor follow-ups, and operational documentation within a production or publishing setting.

Candidate Requirements
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Ability to travel regularly between Ghitorni, Delhi Data centre and SOF Office, Sector 44, Gurugram.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or production coordination.
- Experience in the Publishing, Printing, Production, or Manufacturing Industry preferred.
- Good knowledge of warehouse management and logistics processes.




- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation/reporting.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations
- Manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including stock movement and inventory tracking.

Logistics & Dispatch Management
- Track shipments and ensure timely movement of materials and finished products.
- Liaise with transporters, courier partners, and vendors for smooth logistics operations.
- Handle dispatch planning and delivery documentation.

Documentation & Coordination
- Maintain operational records, stock reports, dispatch records, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Ensure accurate documentation related to inventory, logistics, and warehouse transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, production units, and vendors for operational requirements.
- Prepare periodic reports related to stock, dispatches, and operational activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per mo
