Job Description – Temenos T24 / FCM Testing

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Temenos Transact (T24) Testing professional
with strong exposure to the
Retail Banking domain
and hands-on experience in
Financial Crime Management (FCM) product testing
. The candidate should have practical experience across AML, screening, transaction monitoring, and end-to-end testing activities.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with
Temenos Transact (T24)
in the
Retail Banking domain
- Proven experience in
FCM (Financial Crime Management) product testing
- Hands-on experience with
AML Monitoring
- Strong knowledge of
Watchlist Screening and Customer/Party Screening
- Experience in
Transaction Screening and Transaction Monitoring
- Good understanding of banking transaction flows and financial crime compliance processes

Key Responsibilities
- Understand business and functional requirements and prepare detailed
test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts




- Perform end-to-end functional testing of
T24 and FCM-related banking applications
- Execute
System Integration Testing (SIT)
and provide support during
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Validate AML monitoring, watchlist screening, transaction screening, and monitoring scenarios
- Prepare and maintain appropriate
test evidence and execution reports
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects while actively supporting
defect triage and resolution
- Coordinate with business, development, compliance, and testing teams throughout the testing lifecycle
- Implement or contribute to
test automation
wherever technically feasible

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate should have recent, project-level hands-on experience in
Temenos T24 along with FCM/AML testing
, rather than only functional or theoretical exposure. Solid communication, analytical, and defect-management skills are expected.
