- SD-WAN

- NSX-T

Role Overview:
- Handle customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose network/security-related issues.
- Follow standard processes for issue escalation and resolution.
- Ensure SLA adherence in a 24x7 operational workplace.
- Work proactively to maintain service quality and availability.
