We are hiring an Operations Specialist who is digitally savvy and excited about solving operational challenges through technology, systems and process improvement. In this role, you will own day-to-day operational health across Sama's logistics and partner network, build and maintain live dashboards tracking inventory and operational metrics, coordinate with vendors and logistics partners, manage the complete device lifecycle (procurement to redistribution), and design scalable systems that reduce dependency on manual processes.

This is a hybrid role: 40% remote (systems building, tracking, automation, vendor coordination) and 60% travel (warehouse visits, partner visits, operational audits). We are looking for 25 years of experience in operations, logistics, programme management or supply chain, with solid organisational skills, comfort with Google Workspace and digital collaboration tools, and curiosity to explore AI, automation and no-code tools. Working proficiency in Hindi is preferred.
