*Role Description* The Front Desk Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for managing the reception area and ensuring a smooth patient experience. Day-to-day tasks include greeting patients and visitors, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments. The role involves maintaining accurate records, managing patient inquiries, coordinating with medical and administrative staff, and handling basic billing or documentation as required. Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with patients and visitors.
