We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically skilled L1 Desktop Engineer to provide first-level technical support to end users. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting desktop, laptop, software, hardware, printer, and basic network-related issues and ensuring timely resolution of user queries.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software-related issues.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and other commonly used applications.
- Perform installation and configuration of software, drivers, antivirus, and system updates.
- Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, IP, DNS, DHCP, and network connectivity issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot printers, scanners,



and other peripheral devices.
- Provide remote and onsite technical support to users.
- Handle user account setup, password resets, and basic Active Directory-related tasks.
- Maintain IT asset records and update system/service documentation.
- Log, track, and close support tickets within the required SLA.
- Escalate unresolved or complex technical issues to the L2/L3 team.
- Assist with recent employee system setup, configuration, and onboarding.
- Ensure systems are updated, secure, and functioning properly.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers whenever required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
