About the Role
Phoenix International School is seeking an energetic and dynamic School Marketing Manager to drive student enrollment, enhance brand visibility, and lead promotional campaigns across Jaora and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will combine offline community outreach with up-to-date digital marketing strategies to strengthen our presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Enrollment Strategy: Design and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve annual student admission targets.
- Community Outreach: Organize school events, open houses, workshops, and door-to-door/BTL marketing activities across Jaora and neighboring towns.
- Digital & Social Media: Manage school social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), run targeted local ad campaigns, and create engaging digital content.
- Brand & PR: Oversee offline promotional media including hoardings, banners, print ads, pamphlets, and local newspaper press releases.
- Market Research:
Analyze local educational market trends, competitor activities, and parent demographics to refine marketing approaches.
- Lead Management: Coordinate with the admissions counseling team to track marketing leads, follow up with prospective parents, and maximize conversion rates.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or public relations (experience in the education/school sector is highly preferred).
- Strong proficiency in local outreach strategies and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong understanding of the local educational landscape in Madhya Pradesh.
