Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Java Team Lead with 5+ years of experience in Java backend development and solid expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, PL/SQL, Docker, and Kubernetes. The candidate will be responsible for leading the technical team, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers.
- Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design Microservices architecture and REST API / middleware solutions.
- Implement secure applications using Spring Security.
- Design and optimize PL/SQL queries, procedures, functions, and packages.
- Review code and ensure adherence to coding and architectural standards.
- Troubleshoot complex production and application issues.
- Manage application deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Coordinate with QA, DevOps, Business, and other technical teams.




- Participate in requirement analysis, technical discussions, and solution design.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned modules and projects.
- Identify performance, scalability, and security improvements.

Pay: ₹550,067.29 - ₹1,121,184.99 per year
