They guide and support faculty members to improve the quality of education and monitor the academic performance of students. The principal also coordinates with the management, government authorities, and parents regarding policies, regulations, and development of the college. In addition, they manage staff appointments, college resources, budgets, and infrastructure to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the college.
