Must-Have Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Python Backend Development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python.
- Extensive experience with FastAPI, Django, and Flask.
- Experience building REST APIs and Microservices.
- Strong knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns, and Software Engineering principles.
- Hands-on experience with AppDynamics (Application Performance Monitoring).
- Experience in performance analysis, root cause identification,



and troubleshooting using AppDynamics.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.

Good-to-Have Skills
- AWS, Azure, or GCP Cloud exposure.
- Docker and Kubernetes.
- Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Grafana, ELK, Prometheus, CloudWatch, or other observability tools.
- DevOps / SRE exposure.
