We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Study Abroad Counsellor to join our overseas education consultancy.

The candidate will be responsible for counselling students interested in studying abroad, understanding their academic background and career goals, recommending suitable countries, universities and courses, and guiding them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities.
- Understand students' academic background, career goals, budget and preferred study destination.
- Recommend suitable universities, colleges, courses and countries.
- Explain admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships and application procedures.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp and other channels.




- Follow up regularly with prospective students and convert enquiries into applications/enrolments.
- Assist students with university and college applications.
- Coordinate with the admissions and visa processing team.
- Maintain accurate records of student enquiries and follow-ups.
- Keep updated with admission requirements, intakes and education systems of major study destinations.
- Build valuable relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve individual and team counselling/conversion targets.
