Role Overview

We are looking for professionals with relevant experience in Third-Party Risk, Integrity Due Diligence (IDD), Corporate Intelligence, Investigations, KYC/AML, or Compliance to support client engagements involving risk identification, intelligence gathering, and investigative due diligence.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct secondary and public-domain research to identify potential risks, red flags, and reputational concerns.
- Perform Integrity Due Diligence (IDD) and investigative checks on individuals, companies, and third parties.
- Research litigation, regulatory non-compliance, adverse media, ownership/shareholding structures, key personnel, and credit-related information.
- Conduct primary/L2 research and discreet calling, where required, while maintaining confidentiality.
- Analyse information from databases, internet sources, public records, and market sources.
- Prepare structured,



high-quality due diligence reports with clear findings and risk assessments.
- Identify information gaps and collaborate with intelligence teams to source relevant information.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver accurate outputs within strict client timelines.
- Support senior team members with project updates and stakeholder communication.
- Review deliverables, guide junior team members, and support knowledge sharing based on experience level.
