Position: Admission Counsellor

Compensation : Rs15000- 30000/-

Role Summary

The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for counselling prospective students and parents, managing admission enquiries, following up on leads, and converting suitable candidates into confirmed admissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding programmes, eligibility, fees, career opportunities and the admission process.
- Handle enquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails and digital leads.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students and maintain lead records in CRM.
- Convert enquiries into applications and confirmed admissions.
- Assist students with application forms, documentation, interviews and fee payment.
- Coordinate campus visits, counselling sessions and admission events.
- Work closely with Marketing and Outreach teams for effective lead conversion.




- Maintain daily/weekly reports and achieve assigned admission targets.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in admissions, counselling, education sales or student recruitment preferred.
- Experience in colleges, universities, business schools, EdTech or coaching institutes will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
