Role Description
The Lead Generation Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Rithala, responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients for Smart Print Solutions’ garment printing services. The role involves researching prospective businesses, brands, schools, corporates,



and organizations, and building targeted lead lists using online and offline sources. The Lead Generation Specialist will conduct outreach through calls, emails, and messaging platforms, nurture leads, schedule meetings or demos for the sales team, and maintain accurate records in lead tracking systems or CRM tools. Daily tasks include collaborating with sales and marketing to refine lead criteria, reporting on lead pipeline performance, and continuously improving lead generation strategies to support revenue growth.
