Kyptronix is looking for a Creative Head who can turn business ideas into high-performing creative campaigns.

You will lead the creative direction for Kyptronix and its clients across social media, paid advertising, video, branding, website creatives and marketing campaigns.

This is not only a design-management role.

You will be responsible for building a creative system that consistently produces content that gets attention, generates leads and strengthens brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall creative direction for Kyptronix and client accounts.
- Lead graphic designers, video editors, content creators and other creative resources.
- Develop concepts for Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, Reels, Shorts and social media content.
- Convert marketing briefs into solid hooks, visual concepts, scripts and campaign ideas.
- Create and supervise storyboards for video advertisements.
- Build brand guidelines, visual systems and campaign identities.
- Work closely with the CEO, marketing team, media buyers, content team and sales team.




- Review every major creative before publishing or launching campaigns.
- Analyze competitor advertising and identify creative opportunities.
- Develop multiple creative angles for A/B testing.
- Improve creatives based on CTR, CPL, engagement, conversions and campaign data.
- Maintain consistent quality across multiple client brands.
- Manage deadlines and creative production schedules.
- Introduce AI tools and automation into the creative production workflow.
- Build repeatable SOPs for design, video production, approvals and creative testing.
