Job Title: AI Engineer

About the role:

We are seeking an AI Engineer to build scalable AI-powered applications and internal AI tooling that enhance Finance and Accounting workflows. This role focuses on designing reusable AI skills, agents, and enterprise integrations using Python, TypeScript, Claude, Cursor, and modern LLM technologies.

Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of software development experience with a strong focus on Applied AI.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Experience with Claude or Cursor AI
(Mandatory)
- Experience in up-to-date LLM development tools, building AI agents, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and workflow orchestration.
- Experience integrating AI applications with Snowflake, Slack, Google Drive, and REST APIs.
- Experience implementing AI evaluation frameworks, testing, monitoring, and guardrails.
- Strong understanding of system design, observability, and AI application architecture.

Preferred Qualifications
- LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or MCP.
- Vector Databases.
- Finance or Accounting domain experience.
