Cozy Tutors is a 1-to-1 online tutoring platform based in Kochi, Kerala, helping students across CBSE, ICSE, State, and other syllabi learn in a way that feels personal, supportive, and genuinely "cozy." As we grow, we're looking for someone who can bring that same warmth and care to how we find and support the tutors who make it all possible.

About the Role

We're looking for an HR Recruitment Intern to own the tutor hiring pipeline from first contact to onboarding and to help us keep the right tutors happy and growing with us. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys talking to people, making quick and fair judgment calls, and keeping things organized behind the scenes.

What You'll Do
- Track and log incoming tutor enquiries from Indeed, email, and WhatsApp in an organized, up-to-date system




- Conduct screening calls with tutor applicants to assess their eligibility for the next round
- Conduct training calls with tutors who clear the screening stage
- Interview tutor candidates after they've completed training, and make the final call on hiring
- Manage the ongoing tutor relationship — supporting retention, and handling offboarding if it's ever needed

What We're Looking For
- Any graduate, or currently pursuing a degree — candidates with HR-related coursework or certifications will be given priority
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Malayalam
- Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or a calling-based role is preferred, but enthusiastic freshers are welcome to apply
- Comfortable working with MS Office and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with the hiring platforms like Indeed/LinkedIn is a plus
- Positive judgment, patience, and a people-first attitude — you'll be the first impression many tutors have of Cozy Tut
