We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Billing Engineer to join our team for high-rise residential and commercial real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Quantity take-off and estimation
- Preparation and verification of RA Bills
- Contractor/subcontractor bill certification
- BOQ preparation and rate analysis
- Measurement and reconciliation of quantities
- Cost monitoring and variation management
- Coordination with project, procurement and accounts teams
- Maintaining accurate billing and quantity records
Candidate Profile
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience in high-rise residential and commercial projects
- Solid knowledge of quantity surveying, billing, BOQ and rate analysis
- Good knowledge of Excel and AutoCAD
- Candidates with relevant real estate/construction experience preferred
