We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources team for a 6-month internship.

The intern will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and other HR activities while working closely with hiring managers and the HR team.

Position: HR Internship-HR Department
Duration: 6 Months

Work Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work from Office-5 Days

Stipend: Will be provide best in the industry.

Education Qualification : MBA-HR

Job Summary:-

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates to offer rollout.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals,Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and interview panels.




- Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Track interview status, candidate feedback, selections, and rejections.
- Assist with offer documentation and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support onboarding activities for selected candidates.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to the HR team.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Support the HR team with other administrative and employee-related activities as required.
