Roles and Responsibilities :
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, Google Search and online business directories.
Identify and approach manufacturers, importers, exporters, brand owners and industrial businesses.
Manage the Quality Solutions LinkedIn Company Page and support marketing through personal profiles.
Create and publish professional LinkedIn posts, carousels, infographics, case studies and regulatory updates.
Conduct prospect research using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and other online lead-generation tools.
Build and maintain accurate databases of target companies and decision-makers.
Plan and execute cold-email campaigns, follow-up sequences and newsletter campaigns.
Support search-engine optimisation through keyword research, content optimisation, backlinks and technical coordination.
Plan, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns.
Create marketing content for the company website, landing pages, blogs, emails and social media.
Coordinate with graphic designers or use design tools to create qualified promotional creatives.




Track leads and campaign performance through CRM software or structured Excel trackers.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead qualification and follow-up.
Monitor competitor activities and identify new marketing opportunities.
Prepare weekly and monthly digital-marketing performance reports.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of B2B digital marketing and online lead generation.
Proficiency in LinkedIn marketing and professional outreach.
Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator will be preferred.
Experience in cold-email marketing and email automation.
Basic to advanced knowledge of SEO.
Hands-on understanding of Google Ads.
Ability to identify relevant decision-makers in manufacturing companies.
Strong written English and professional communication skills.
Ability to prepare engaging social-media and website content.
Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Express or similar design tools.
