We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations & Team Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day coordination, accountability, and performance of our growing remote team.

This is not an administrative or executive assistant position. We are looking for a strong people and operations manager who has direct experience managing teams and understands how to translate business priorities into explicit actions, responsibilities, and measurable outcomes.

The successful candidate will act as the primary operational link between senior management and a cross-functional team of approximately 15–20 team members working across operations, customer service, marketing, technology, AI and automation, partnerships, and administration.

The objective of this role is straightforward: to keep the team organized, responsive, accountable, and consistently delivering, without senior management needing to individually assign tasks, chase updates, or resolve routine execution issues.
